Fitness & Wellness

This program is designed for students with a strong sports background who wish to further improve their fitness level through various sports-related activities. The emphasis will be placed on:

  1. Increasing the student’s cardiovascular and muscle endurance
  2. Developing strong leadership abilities
  3. Learning life skills such as first aid training and CPR
  4. Understanding the principles of human movement and the importance of healthy active living.
