We are writing to you following the last Loft school delivery which took place yesterday. A date for the implementation of the uniform was decided by the Governing Board last night, which has been set to Monday, December 3, 2018.
On December 3, all students are expected to be in FULL uniform. We understand that some orders were not fulfilled in their entirety, or exchanges are still pending, but we have been making a list of students in these cases. In cases where items are missing from the order, students are expected to be in partial uniform, meaning if they have the pants, they should be wearing the pants, and if they have the polo they should be in a polo.
As mentioned in our last communication regarding the uniforms last week, please advise the level VPs of any cases where uniforms have not been delivered in full, so we can compare lists and make sure students are not penalized for delivery delays. If you have already communicated, there is no need to communicate again. In an attempt to limit and manage the number of emails received, we would also ask that you only email regarding the missing uniform items.
Thank you for your cooperation on this matter,
Mr. Vitantonio- Principal
Ms. Triestino - Vice Principal (L1/2) firstname.lastname@example.org
Ms. A. Antonacci - Acting Vice Principal (L3/4) (temporarily replacing Ms. Tummillo) - email@example.com
Ms. Tummillo (L3/4) - Ms. Caruso (L5) - firstname.lastname@example.org

Attached below, you will find your child’s 2018 Summer Reading List.
Your child must read at least one of the two novels from the list and make notes of any significant plot points, symbols, themes and ideas as they read. We have included a short synopsis of each book to help with your selection. We have also included a guideline to direct your child and help them take appropriate notes while reading.
Local book stores have the novels in stock, however, please procure books at the beginning of summer because it takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive books if they run out of stock. If ordering online please anticipate 2 to 3 weeks for novels to arrive, therefore do not wait until the end of summer to order. Public libraries are also a good option to find the novels.
Dear Future Graduates and Parents/Guardians,

We have just received confirmation from Loft that they will do a lunch time delivery for the remaining orders they have at their warehouse. The delivery will take place on Tuesday December 11 in the auditorium. Students will be able to pick up their orders and take them home.
As for any orders that require exchanges, their customer service department is still open, even though the boutique is currently closed. Please continue to communicate with Loft regarding exchanges or issues with received orders and they will work diligently to get back to you as soon as possible. We have been reassured that more employees have been made available to handle the communication since the boutique is closed.
Loft will be sending their own email to those families concerned with this delivery.
Thank you and have a nice day,
The Admin Team
